Wow, it's interesting to find old things that have gone to the wayside. I think I'm going to pick this back up though. I feel as though I've a ton of interesting things welling up within me, waiting to splash on to the page in front of me. Maybe I'll write a book or something, someday. For now, I suppose my blog will suffice.
In the interest of reviving this relic, I guess I'll give some updates since the last time I posted on this thing...
Wow, a lot can happen in roughly six years. Obama was just starting his first term, which certainly makes me feel somewhat older. Things haven't gone terribly, but a lot has changed. I think I had a stick phone back then. I'm not sure Android was a big player yet, though I do recall I had a Blackberry at the job I worked before I dropped this blog. My how technology has changed in that short time.
Looking over the list, I see that even back then I would like to have gone to Mars. I didn't imagine a short six years later it would be the sincere hope of people to get there in perhaps another six. My, how time flies. I'm sure I couldn't even have imagined something as ludicrous as google glass that far back, let alone that people would be using it before I'm even out of high-school ten years.
Past me, it gets worse. Social Media, Smartphones, and other things kinda made everyone unable to type in words sometimes, let alone sentences. Also, don't sweat the small stuff...
